Yes , same-day appointments are available on most week days if you call before 3:30 pm. Appointments can be made by calling 503-626-5761.

Will you verify my health insurance for Chiropractic, massage and physiotherapy benefits for me?

Yes , we gladly accept most health insurance plans and expected benefits will be verified upon your initial visit with us. Please bring in your health insurance card for fastest service.

No health insurance?

No problem. We pass our administrative savings directly on to you if we don’t have to bill your health insurance carrier. We offer a payment at time of service discount for those without health insurance Chiropractic benefits or if you are under-insured. Up to a 35%-65% savings.

What do I do if I was in a car accident.

Relax , and let us do all of the work for you. We have an expert staff of Chiropractors and Licensed Massage Therapists on staff ready to help you to heal your body. Our billing specialist and friendly team of Chiropractic Assistants will work directly with your insurance company and attorneys and handle all billing for you.

Can Chiropractic help me?  How much time does it take? How much does it cost? Will my health insurance help pay for care?

1. Can Chiropractic care help me?

• Most people are excellent candidates for Chiropractic care.
• Our doctors will give you their best recommendations for care at your report of findings after they have educated you about the health of your nervous system.
• If a referral is needed, one will be made at that time. The youngest we have treated was minutes old and the eldest was in their 90's.

2. How much time will it take to correct my posture?

• Your length of care is determined by your medical and health history, state of wellness, phase of subluxation degeneration  and the speed at which your body heals.
• The most current research shows the fastest rate of posture correction occurs with 3 to 4 visits per week.
• Frequency of care frequently is tapered to 1 to 2 visits per week or month as correction progresses.

• Phase 1 may take 6 to 18 months of corrective care to reach maximum improvement.
• Phases 2 and 3 may take longer.
• Phase 4 can not be corrected because the bones of the spine have fused due to advanced spinal degeneration.
• Posture maintenance consists of 1 visit per week.
• Posture maintenance care is recommended following corrective care .

3. How much will care cost?

• Personal Injury care can be billed directly to your insurance carrier for your convenience, at rates in accordance with the Oregon Work Comp Fee Schedule set by the state of Oregon every 2 years. Workers Compensation covered injuries are also billed directly to the appropriate insurance carrier. Time of service discount treatments are $60 for adjustments for those individuals with no Chiropractic insurance benefits. Other time of service discounts are available, call us with any specific questions at 503-626-5761.
  

4. Will my health insurance help pay for care and what percent of my care will my insurance cover?

• Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance for car accidents in Oregon covers 100% up to $15,000.
• Workers Compensation insurance covers 100% up to 30 days of care. There is customarily no out of pocket expense to the individuals involved in the accident who receive Chiropractic care.

• Personal health insurance plans coverage vary greatly and the same plan can even vary from year to year. Call us to so we can help you by contacting your health insurance company and ask them the many specific questions that are necessary to accurately determine what your Chiropractic benefits are for in-network and out-of-network Chiropractic, physiotherapy and massage.
  

Our insurance billing specialist will call to verify your coverage on your first visit for Chiropractic, massage and physiotherapy. We offer up to a 35%-65% payment at time of service discount for posture correction for those without health insurance or if your care is not partially covered by insurance. We also accept credit cards and checks. Please note that Health Insurance and Personal Injury Protection (Motor Vehicle Collisions) are not a guarantee of benefits. Payment for services is ultimately the responsibility of the patient.

Chiropractic First, llc accepts all forms of insurance. Please note that Chiropractic, massage and physiotherapy coverage differs between varied providers. We will gladly call your insurance provider for you when you come in for your first visit. We will let you know exactly what services are covered on your return visit with us for your review of findings, doctor's best recommendations and treatment. Creative financing with or without insurance is available on a one-on-one basis. Personal Injury and Workers Compensation cases can be billed directly to the appropriate insurance parties. Medicare clients are also welcome. Chiropractic First has an insurance billing specialist trained to quickly and accurately verify your insurance benefits for care. Prior to beginning care with us, we will review our fees for services with you and happily answer any of your questions. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. Our philosophy for payment for care is that of fair-exchange.
