POSTURE MASSAGE *

Specifically designed for the clients of Chiropractic First for accelerated Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) postural correction.

The specific types of posture massage are prescribed by Dr. Pierce and catered to your specific posture and x-ray findings.

 

SPORT SPECIFIC MASSAGE **

65 - 70 min   $80

A 5 to 10-min athletic performance evaluation is followed by a 1-hour muscle group specific massage.

This type of massage is designed to improve performance, decrease pain, prevent injuries and give you the edge on the competition.

 

MEDICAL MASSAGE ***

15-60 min     variable

Following an injury many patients will qualify for medical soft tissue massage.

Patients may also qualify for neuromuscular rehabilitation, hydrotherapy, therapeutic exercises and gait training.

A prescription from a doctor is necessary for this care. In most cases insurance will reimburse for this type of care.

 

A credit card will be required to guarantee services at time of booking.

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid a full price charge for any scheduled services.

Postural Massage * - Only available to clients of Chiropractic First.

Sport Specific Massage ** - Includes a 5 to 10-minute evaluation of athletic performance dynamics.

Medical Massage *** - Requires a doctor’s prescription, available from the Drs. Pierce.

2nd Street Massage

2nd Street Massage is located conveniently on the 2nd floor above Chiropractic First. The massage suites are open Monday through Saturday. Appointments are available morning, afternoon and evening on most days. We have several Massage suites, and a variety of Massage packages for you to choose from. Our Chiropractic and Massage patients love the convenience of having their Beaverton/Portland Chiropractor and Beaverton/Portland Massage Therapist in the same building.

 

Posture Massage and Medical Massage services are available to anyone who has recently been injured in a motor vehicle accident. Our doctors can determine the appropriate type of Medical Massage care for you and the Massage services will be covered by your car insurance. Booking ahead is strongly encouraged due to the popularity of our Massage services and packages, especially around holiday times. It is common for our most popular Massage appointments to be booked up a month or more in advance, so please call and book your appointments early and create a schedule of regular Massages with your favorite Licensed Oregon Massage Therapist. The Drs. Pierce have developed a new form of massage called Posture Massage. This form of massage is designed to compliment the corrective care programs developed in Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP). Posture Massage will speed up the corrective care process of spinal remodeling back to a normal model, thus strengthening the spine and better protecting the nervous system and allowing for improved activity and healing.
